How do I choose the right size?
The soles of MERI are designed to be extra thick factoring in the elasticity, so as you wear them, they will gradually get thinner under your weight and get stretched out one size larger. (There are individual differences, but about 1cm in both length and width.)Based on your shoe size, if the difference is around 0.5 cm, we recommend the closest size (e.g., if your shoe size is 24.5 cm, choose size M). If the difference is around 1 cm, we recommend a larger size (e.g., if your shoe size is 25 cm, choose size L).
How do I wash and care for the slippers?
Remove any dust from the bottom face and wash them in a mesh laundry net. Please avoid using a dryer and dry them in the shade instead. It takes about two days to fully dry due to the thickness of the soles. We recommend cleaning them on a warm, sunny day.
Do you have zori slippers for children?
Yes, we do. They are softer and lighter than regular ones.
Is it for indoor use? Or can I wear it outdoors too?
MERI's zori slippers are for indoor use only. Since they are made of fabric, using them outdoors may cause them to become dirty or deteriorate more quickly.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We are unable to change or cancel an order once placed.
Do you offer gift wrapping services?
They are currently in preparation.

RETURNS
Is it possible to return/exchange the product I purchased?
We accept returns only if we can confirm any defects after delivery, such as stains, wrong sizes, or wrong items.
Please contact us using the inquiry form if you would like to return an item.
We will notify you via email regarding return/exchange eligibility and how to return the item (including the return deadline and the return shipping cost).
Who pays for return shipping?
We will bear the cost if we confirm that there is a deficiency in the item or a mistake in the order.
In the case of customer-initiated returns, we may ask that you pay the shipping costs.
How do I make a request for return or exchange?

How much is the shipping fee?
There is no shipping fee for orders over $200. International ePacket Light shipping costs $5.50.
Do you ship internationally?

How much is the participation fee?
It ranges from 8,800 yen.
Is there anything specific that I should bring along?
No special items are required. Please come empty-handed.
Is it possible for children or parent and child to participate?
It can be difficult for young children to concentrate and complete the work, so parental assistance may be required. Therefore, this workshop is available for ages 10 and up.
Can I cancel or reschedule a workshop?

- 2 days prior to the date of your booking: 50% cancellation fee will be charge.
- Within 1 day prior to the date of your booking: No cancellations, refunds, or changes will be accepted.
