However, we may refuse disclosure in cases where disclosure is not required under the Personal Information Protection Act or other laws.
9. Correction of Personal Information
If a customer requests correction, addition, or deletion (hereinafter referred to as "Correction") of personal information under the Personal Information Protection Act, our shop will confirm the requestor’s identity and conduct an investigation. If necessary, we will correct the information and notify the customer. However, this does not apply when our shop is not obligated to make corrections under the Personal Information Protection Act or other laws.
10. Suspension of Use of Personal Information
If a customer requests the suspension of use or deletion of personal information (hereinafter referred to as "Suspension") based on claims that the personal information has been handled beyond the publicly announced purpose of use or has been acquired through improper means, our shop will verify the legitimacy of the request. If the request is valid, we will promptly suspend or delete the personal information and notify the customer. However, this does not apply when our shop is not obligated to take such actions under the Personal Information Protection Act or other laws.
