1. Application

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MERI online store (the "Site") and the purchase of products offered through the Site. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Orders and Contract Formation

All orders placed through the Site are subject to acceptance by MERI.

A sales contract is formed only when MERI accepts your order and begins processing it for shipment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, or violations of these Terms.

3. Pricing and Product Information

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, prices, availability, and other information displayed on the Site are accurate.

However, if an obvious error in pricing, inventory, product information, or other content is identified, MERI reserves the right to cancel the order or terminate the sales contract, even after an order confirmation has been issued.

In such cases, any payment received will be refunded in accordance with our refund procedures.

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible.

However, actual colors, textures, and appearances may vary depending on your device, monitor settings, browser, lighting conditions, or other viewing environments.

Such differences shall not be considered product defects.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MERI shall not be liable for any loss, damage, delay, or expense arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

MERI's liability, if any, shall in no event exceed the purchase price paid for the applicable product, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
