  • Arm & leg warmers × 1 pair
Versatile knit warmers you can wear around your wrists or ankles.

  • Tabi socks (size M) × 1 pair
Japanese split-toe socks with a separate space for the big toe.

  • button hook embroidered accessory × 1
Slip it onto a button or loop to add a touch of embroidery to an everyday outfit.

A little Hokusai with every bag

Your set comes in the same shopping bag we use at our MERI shop in Ryogoku, Tokyo. Each bag features artwork inspired by Katsushika Hokusai’s Hokusai Manga, a collection of sketches. One of six designs is selected at random.

Please note
The colors, patterns, and designs of all five items and the shopping bag are selected at random. Specific designs cannot be requested. The tabi socks are size M.

How to Care at Home

Here’s a simple guide to caring for your MERI at home, helping you keep it clean, fresh, and in great condition for long-lasting use.

Care guide

Take Care of Your Feet by Wearing Meri Zori Slippers

One of the features of MERI Zori Slippers is the adjustable straps. Thanks to this, they always fit your feet perfectly, which allows your toes to open as well as to support the soles of your feet properly. They will help relieve your tired feet, and that makes you want to put these comfortable slippers on right after you get back home from work.

What’s more, wearing zori slippers helps you put strength into your toes and bring back your natural arch.

Handwoven by Craftswomen with Our Original Knit Yarn for Maximum Comfort

MERI Zori Slippers are handwoven by experienced craftswomen who can make 2 to 3 pairs a day. As great skill is required to adjust the shape of the slippers while weaving them, the craftswomen are well trained to maintain the level of quality we expect.

The slippers themselves are woven with knit yarn made by knitting machines in Ryogoku, the town where our company was founded. Both history and skills are found in every stitch.

Repairs by craftsmen

Gentle on Your Bare Feet and Comfortable After Being Washed

The knit yarn used to make MERI Zori Slippers is Toray Airlet. This soft and smooth knit yarn is hollow, so air can get in, and that keeps the slippers fluffy.

The antibacterial fabric is easy to wash - just put them in a laundry net before throwing them in the washing machine, and they will come out as good as new.

Keep your feet cool in the summer and warm in the winter with these quick-dry slippers! No more disposable slippers. Enjoy your time more comfortably with long-lasting MERI instead of being barefoot.

The Strap is Closer to the Big Toe for a Better Fit That Supports Your Whole Body

In order to fit the shape of your feet fully, the maetsubo (the part between the big toe and index toe) is positioned closer to the big toe. With this design, your little toes stay in the right place, allowing your entire
feet to enjoy the fluffy elasticity and the luxurious comfort these soft slippers have to offer.

The MERI Zori Slippers will fit your feet just right, helping you increase your sense of stability and balance (patent pending).
